Stage 1 · Volumes
Real occupancy and changeover days.
Four services for hospitality and service businesses, counted in and out every time.
Running out of linen on a Saturday changeover costs more than a year of service. We work out par levels from actual occupancy and turnover rather than from a guess, and build in enough to absorb the week a property is unexpectedly full.
Real occupancy and changeover days.
Enough to absorb a busy week.
Collection and delivery days fixed.
In and out, reconciled weekly.
Kitchen soil from table linen.
Temperature and chemistry to the soil.
Pressed and folded for service.
When a stain will not come out.
Kitchen textiles carry oil and grease, which need a different process from table linen — wash them together and the napery comes back grey. We separate by soil type and we will tell you honestly when a stain has set beyond what any process will lift.
Salon towels fail fast because colour and developer attack the fibre as much as they stain it. Prompt processing and the right chemistry extend their life considerably, though nothing makes them last forever — and we would rather set that expectation than imply otherwise.
Set so towels are not sitting wet.
Chemistry suited to colour and developer.
Worn stock pulled, not returned.
Flagged before you run short.
Quality and quantity agreed.
Par levels set from day one.
Worn pieces withdrawn and replaced.
Counts agreed, losses charged as stated.
Renting removes the capital cost and the replacement cycle — worn items are taken out and replaced by us. Rental stock stays our property throughout, and the agreement states the charge for pieces that go missing, which is the term worth reading before signing anything.
