Counted out,
and counted back.

Linen losses are rarely theft. They are a count nobody did, repeated weekly, until a business is buying replacement stock it already paid to have washed.

How we work

A Florida laundry, honest about textiles

NML B Enterprise LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, document number L20000196685, filed in 2020, with registration details on public record with the Florida Division of Corporations.

Two honest limits. Not every stain comes out — set oil, colour developer and some food stains are permanent, and we will tell you rather than returning an item repeatedly. And liability for customer-owned linen is limited to the depreciated value stated in the service agreement, not replacement cost, so please do not send anything of unusual value. We do not process items contaminated with hazardous chemicals, and potentially infectious textiles only under a separate written agreement.

Frequently asked

The questions we get most

How do you stop linen going missing?

By counting it in and out and reconciling weekly, so a discrepancy surfaces within days instead of at a stock-take. Most losses are not theft — they are counts nobody did.

Will you get this stain out?

Sometimes. Set oil, hair colour and some food stains are permanent, and we will say so rather than washing an item four times and charging for each pass.

Should I rent or use my own linen?

Renting removes the capital and the replacement cycle; owning is cheaper over time if your stock survives. We will give you the honest comparison for your volumes.

What if I run short during a busy week?

That is what par levels are for, and they are set from your real volumes rather than an average. Tell us when you have an unusually full period and we will adjust.

What happens if an item is damaged or lost?

Liability is set out in the service agreement and is based on depreciated value rather than replacement cost. It is worth reading that clause before signing with anyone.

Can you handle medical or soiled textiles?

Only under a separate written agreement covering segregation and handling, and only where our processes are appropriate. We do not take hazardous chemical contamination at all.
